Operation Smile (operationsmile.org) works to provide no-cost cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries to impoverished children around the world. For more than three decades, Operation Smile has been offering professional, life-saving cleft palate surgery to in-need children in some of the poorest communities on the globe, providing expert medical care and treatment to those who might otherwise continue to suffer or die due to a cleft lip or cleft palate ailment.
